REFUND POLICY
At Anutamaya, we implement a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products.
All garments are made to order, so items purchased on our website are not eligible for return or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Any defective or damaged products must be reported to Anutamaya within 48 hours of receipt. Communications received after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for return unless specifically covered by the product warranty, even if the wrong item was delivered. Anutamaya retains the exclusive right to decide whether a refund will be granted.
We also reserve the right to change, cancel or end any discount codes at our discretion without prior notice. This includes the ability to modify this policy at any time. Customers should regularly check this policy for any updates or changes.
Damages and Defects
Please check your order as soon as you receive it, and make sure to record an opening video. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase only if it meets the following criteria:
* You received the wrong size, print or product.
* The item you received has a legitimate quality or manufacturing defect. If you believe the product is damaged or defective, please record an opening video as soon as you receive the package.
* If your purchase meets our exchange conditions mentioned above, please reach out to our team within 2 days of delivery with the following details:
– Order number
– Reason for the exchange and if the product is defective or incorrect, please include a photo of the item.
* Products bought with a discount code cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please ensure that the item you return is unused, unworn, and has the original tags intact. Note that international orders are not eligible for returns. If the exchange is approved, the customer must send the product to our registered address. If the product you ordered qualifies for an exchange but is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit note or replace the product in 6-8 working days.
Refunds
We will inform you when we receive and inspect your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved, taking into account all relevant factors (like fabric availability or reprocessing). If it is approved, we will either process a reversal transaction or issue store credit in 6-8 working days.
