Shipping Policy

At Anutamaya, our packing and logistics teams work throughout the week, taking Sundays and public holidays off. We ship our orders using Indian post, DTDC or Shiprocket.

Shipping in India 
We operate on a made-to-order basis, meaning that a product is created only after we receive an order. Most orders take about 3-4 working days to be produced. Custom orders may require more time, and we will provide a delivery date via email for those.

We apply a shipping fee to all orders. Typically, orders are delivered within 8-10 working days from the order date. However, for areas with limited connectivity, delivery may take up to 12-14 working days. All orders will be sent to the address provided at the time of ordering. To ensure timely delivery and avoid any issues, please double-check your complete address before submitting your order. If the delivery is not accepted on the first attempt, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
