WASH CARE
Our products are lovingly handcrafted using traditional techniques, ensuring each piece is unique. To help you care for your items and keep them looking their best, please follow the instructions below:
Colour & Fabric Care
Colour Bleeding: Our products are dyed using natural methods, which may result in some colour bleeding during the first few washes. To prevent any colour transfer, we recommend washing separately.
Rubbing & Colour Transfer: Darker colours may rub off onto lighter fabrics or skin during wear. We suggest avoiding pairing dark-coloured items with lighter garments during the initial use to prevent staining.
Initial Wash Care: Hand wash with mild detergent in cold water for the first wash. Do not soak. To maintain the integrity of the dye and fabric, avoid machine washing.
Drying: After washing, gently dry your item inside out in the shade. Never wring out the fabric, and avoid drying it in direct sunlight to preserve the colour and texture.
Handcrafted Quality
Unique Variations: Each of our products is handcrafted with care, and slight irregularities in motifs, texture, or colour are a natural part of the process. These variations make each item one of a kind and contribute to its charm.
Batch Production: As our products are made in small batches, minor differences in colour, shade, and design may occur. These subtle variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our work.
Product Photography & Colour Accuracy
Natural Lighting: We photograph our products in natural light to represent them as accurately as possible. However, please note that factors such as camera settings, lighting conditions, and screen calibration can cause slight differences in how colours appear online versus in person.
Colour Variations: While we strive for accuracy, there may be a 10-12% variation in colour between the product images and the actual item due to photography limitations. Some colours may appear brighter in photos.
Quality Assurance
We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you receive an item with a genuine defect in quality or craftsmanship, please contact us.
